VACWOUND (Value Added Concept for Wound) Therapy Polyurethane NPWT Foam dressing is made of open cell, reticulated and hydrophobic specially designed foam. This is a modern and cost effective method of dealing with surgical and traumatic wounds that are difficult as well as complicated to manage through conventional procedures.

The specially networked VACWOUND Foam dressing is designed to adapt to the contours of deep & irregularly shaped wounds and help distribute uniform pressure in the wound bed. The mechanism creates a moist environment, drains exudate, reduces oedema, contracts the wound edges, stimulates the wound bed, alters blood flow and promotes the formation of granulation tissue. and its appropriate  for the following type of wounds: Diabetic Wounds, Traumatic Wounds, Pressure Ulcers, Dehisced Surgical Wounds, Burns and Post-op Wounds.
